A second version of this cassette says "Made
in U.S.A." on the Side B, and Jealousy fixed.
It seems that after the mail in offer was
done, the cassettes where sent to may stores and given
free with purchase. Some stores even sold them for a dollar
or so.
The Canadian version of the cassette has the songs in
English on one side. French versions of the songs replaces
the instrumentals from the US cassettes. Jealousy
is spelled correctly.

The UK version of the cassette
has aqua blue print on the a sticker. Like the US version

Here's Your JEM Rebate Check
and 2 Other Outrageous Offers!
When you got
your check by mail it came with two more special offers:
Rama Llama and the Dream Tour cassette offer. The outside
pages are made of a kind of carbon paper, so that the
check inside could be printed while it was sealed. If
my memory service me right, there was a check on a folded
piece of paper. So the check and the Dream Tour Cassette
offer had to be torn apart. I cashed the check, and
I think I sent in the tape offer ... because its not
with the rest of my Jem items. As you can see I got
a check for $6.00 on 5/25/88. So by the time I got the
check it was too late to get the Rama Llama, I'm not
sure about the Dream Tour Cassette expiration date.
Rama also became a My Little Pony mail-in offer after
Jem was canceled.
Now I'm not sure if this really
was a promotion for Jem or just a planned promotion. This
idea was that you could send $1 to get a coupon book (certificates)
for amounts of the different Jem products. The total amount
of savings could be $22 and up. An ex-Hasbro Employee
gave this to me, but did not know much about it.
I have a feeling that this became the Sizzling Spring
Savings promotion .
Contest for a chance to be
in the audience of a real concert,
a CD player, and more...
I really do not remember to much about this, other
then there was a TV commercial running on the local
FOX satiation. I thinking it came out around the time
of the Glitter'n Gold episode, or after. Clips from
GnG where in the commercial.
I won the Flip Side Fashion "Let's Rock This Town"
4235/4045, along with it was a letter saying a signed
picture of Jem would be coming soon.
It also had a $2 rebate...I know very little about that
rebate now. I just can't remember.
