The first
60-120 dolls are Pilots.
They create these dolls to check for any imperfections
in the final product.
The make-up on the
left side stops at the lower eye lashes, but on
the right side it goes farther down the face and
closer to the nose.

This
Jem/Jerrica bracelet has a yellow gem in it, the
bracelets sold with the dolls have pink gems.
All the items on this page came as a box lot that was
from a Jem artist.
Aja
She
is another doll that is an Engineering Pilot. Notice
the hair is shorter and is not cut evenly around the
back. I think her hair looks more like the show hair.
Her make up seems to be the light pink style with a
darker pink over it, I have seen this on three other
dolls. She was wearing a Jem/Jerrica pink top and also
the Jem/Jerrica tights ... I put her back into her fashion.
Her belt seems to have come part...into to strings of
sequins. The guitar seems to have rounded like my Spanish
Aja guitar. (skirt was not included)

Jem/Jerrica
2
This
is another Jem/Jerrica Engineering Pilot. What is odd
about her is she was wearing the Glitter'n Gold swim
suit. Also her hair was pulled back, so I'm leaving
it that way. Her make-up is pretty normal, hair is much
pinker then the other Jem/Jerrica. Jem's hair is longer
then normal...goes to around the middle of her rear.
Check out the prototype Glitter'n Gold glasses...they
are yellow with gold (what looks like) silk screened
gold lenses. I think this hairpick maybe a Glitter'n
Gold prototype because it has a yellow tent too it ...
nothing can proof that. Also some strange hair tie was
with these items, its not the one normal on the doll.
I also scanned the doll stand. (tights were not included)

Glitter'n
Gold Jem/Jerrica
This
doll may be an Engineering Pilot, but was used by the
artist...I'm not sure why. Her make-up on the her right
eye is very dark, the make-up the left is really light.
She has orange eye brows, and her make-up is also below
her eyes. Her body is a regular Jem/Jerrica the legs
can not be crossed like the produced GnG Jem. Her earnings
are a little lower. The doll body was detached from
the head, and the wires were cut ... but looks like
this head did goes with this body because the ends of
the three wires do match up. You will also notice that
she was some dried clay on her chest and leg. There
is a pin mark behind one ear, I'm not sure why that
is. It may have been some type of mark (kinda sorta)
pointing out that the earrings where a little low.

Jem/Jerrica
Fashions
All together
I got 2 Jem dress, 2 Jerrica Dress, 2 tights, 1 hat, 2
belts, 2 mics 1 maybe 2 hairpicks (maybe the one above
w/GnG stuff), 1 set of glasses, 2 pairs of Jem shoes and
1 pair and 1 single Jerrica shoe. I forgot to scan the
tights ... they look normal to me. I only scanned on Jem
top and Jerrica top, the seem the same, and the same as
the produced dolls. The Jem bracelet seems to have a peach
colored stone. (not pink, and not yellow like the one
above) The belt to the right of the bracelet has some
type of stain, both Jerrica dress have similar stains.
I also have scanned that should be Aja's hair pink with
these items...it looks like a cross between the US and
Spanish hairpick ... it looks a little transparent, but
not as much as the Spanish hair pick.
Hologram doll
stands
As
you can tell the first one is much lighter. The second
seems to be a little less transparent, and the third
is some where in between. The first leg holder can not
easily hold a leg, the opening is to small. If you follow
the edges (1st one) you will notice that line curves.
The second leg holder has sharp corners ... more typical.
The leg braces (part leading from the base to the leg
holder) on both styles are smaller then the produced
stands...1st one is even smaller then the 2nd. The other
Hologram stand and the GnG stand are both the same mold
as the 2nd one pictures here.
Other
Fashions
Along
with all the the above items the artist also had these
items. (the first Jem/Jerrica Engineering Pilot is molding
them for us)
This outfit's stitching
looks almost like fishing wire. The tights do not
fit Jem. The jacket and skirt belong to one of the
German Petra-Singer dolls
These pants are kinda
odd, they have sliver stitching ... looks 70s. These
are from Kenner Circa doll Shaun Cassidy, from the
Hardy Boys. 1978 or 1979 (thanks
Alain for the info)
This is part of Darci's
"Golden Disco" Fashion. This was with
the rest, maybe to show the fabric, but may show
that on person did work on both doll lines.
More then likely these
fashions were brought in as inspiration or to convey
what a Hasbro artist liked or didn't like about
fashions/fabric from other doll line.
