Paris the City of lights, the Eiffel
Tower...
These are images I took during my two
trips to Europe, the first trip was for two weeks in
Paris, second we sent about three days there...I can't
wait to go back. It is my favorite city in the world.
If you want it Paris has it, it was the world's center
of art and culture for centuries. Music, painting, sculpture
either happened here or found a home here as many of
the Parisians through the centuries have enjoyed and
embraced art of any kinds. If you don't like French
food, you'll have something to eat as every country
is represented in the restaurants, around Paris...most
are know for being the best food outside of it's native
county.
City of lights...what's that? Paris looking
so old but being so modern, it was one of the first
cities to really embrace the eclectic light. The "Moulin
Rouge" was know for having hundreds of lights,
while the rest of the city had little to none. So as
the lights spread throughout the city, most of the main
buildings and monuments where illuminated to the extreme.
Absolutely breath taking. If you didn't think the Eiffel
Tower was pretty with just the lights in it, they turn
Millennium lights on, at certain times the Eiffel tower
looks like a sparkler, with hundreds of strobing lights
from top to bottom.
I can't go to deep in talking about Paris because there
is so much there. Something famous happened around every
corner...there is just so much history there.
